Very good, the colors blend together perfectly. Just a few comments though:
The tears are looking a bit purple to me, and I'm not sure if you just made the hair color too light and that it's supposed to be black hair or gray. Some tips are to try using some bolder colors. You can also lock line-art layers and coloring the lines a darker version. Like, for the skin layer you used light brown, so the line-art will be dark brown whenever there is skin. The shoulder look very small and narrow, so try widening them a bit.
